Random Thoughts of the Day

Here are a few random thoughts for today:
I would love to wear an emerald green dress.  I'm sure I would look smashing, except I'm afraid of looking like Poison Ivy.

I hate it when nail polish looks like it'll be opaque, but then it takes at least 3 coats to get it even and not see-through.  And some of them will just never be totally opaque.  But I do really love getting new nail polish.

I'm pretty sure I could spend every day all day long with Blake and not get sick of him.  On the same subject, after all this time I still think Blake's silly little jokes are hilarious.

Mint green is one of the prettiest colors ever.

Bridal shows are ridiculous amounts much work.  I don't know why we do them.  Oh yeah, because we want clients.

I feel like the only thing that really happens worth mentioning in my life is my business, and I don't think most people want to hear about my business.

My favorite Christmas present was an ice cube tray.  For reals.  It makes ice shaped like dinosaurs.  Everyone who sees it is very jealous.  Speaking of dinosaurs, I loved them as a kid and I still love them a ton.  Especially stegosauruses.

I am a horrible cook.  Well, it's probably mostly that I don't like cooking.

I think every house deserves a crystal chandelier.

If things go as planned, we will be in a very different situation by the end of the year, which is great.

I haven't read a novel in like 2 years.  That's really sad, because I used to read so much.

I love Pinterest.  It's awesome.

  1. I totally know how you feel about not feeling like anything really happens worth mentioning to other people! haha. But I love this post. It's nice to know a little bit about how you're doing.

  3. Gah I know. I just can't find something I really really really want to read enough to take time away from other things (work, husband, etc) to read it. :\
